A Nice Family Getaway

Enjoyed a lovely two-night stay with my family in the spacious Presidential King Suite. The staff was attentive. Don't miss the on-site restaurant for a good dining experience, but be mindful of room service. Ordering downstairs for food can be a hassle.

Food was appetising and I have nothing but such great memories from this trip. The rooms were outstanding as for me. There were a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and a flat-screen TV provided👌

Units with comfortable bed. The staffs were amazing & awesome. The location was marvellous and gorgeous, just 5 min walk from a Libby house.

comfortable rooms but slight check-in confusion

Our room was amazing with soft beds that ensured a restful sleep! The rooftop bar offered fine views, perfect for enjoying a martini as the sun set. I particularly enjoyed the remote-controlled room temperature-it made it easy to get cozy after a long day. The sea view from our room added a calming touch to our stay.

There was a small mix-up with our check-in process, which caused a brief delay.

The room was nicely decorated & huge with comfortable bed and TV, for instance. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were a big plus. It was a stunning location short walk to several attractions, restaurants of the old port, and many bars, shops, and restaurants in the old port district.

Make sure to get double room with TV, the shower, for instance. Food options are delicious...

The hotel's ambiance captured my attention, especially the rooftop bar with its lovely views. The front desk staff was warm. Persistent plumbing noises detracted from the overall experience, and limited loyalty perks felt disappointing. Still, a commendable location.

convenient access to parks and delicious local dining options

I loved how easily I could stroll to Deering Oaks Park, a beautiful green space perfect, and I also appreciated being just a short walk from Portland Lobster Co, where I enjoyed fresh and tasty seafood dishes. As a solo traveler, the vibrant bar and restaurant on the 6th floor provided a cozy spot to unwind after exploring the area, but the hot water issue in the shower was a bit disappointing.

The location was great, super close to dining options and attractions. The staff was wonderful, especially nicole at the front desk, who helped us feel right at home. I loved the huge room and the sustainable initiatives like glass water bottles.

I had a fantastic stay, especially enjoying the rooftop bar's stunning views and the delicious breakfast from Salt Yard. Plus, the unique glass bottles for water were such a refreshing change! I’d definitely return.

More accessible seating in public areas would help.

I loved how comfortable the King Room with City View was, and the rooftop bar was a fantastic spot to unwind after a long day. The gym and lounge areas were perfect. Just a heads up, the pet fee was a bit steep compared to what I've encountered elsewhere, but overall, it was a great stay 😊

The King Room was really spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable-best sleep we had on our trip! Plus, the rain shower was such a nice touch. Only downside? I wish there were more charging stations for devices.

I stayed here for a weekend getaway, and despite some hiccups, it was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and modern. The rooftop bar was a highlight, especially at sunset, offering a relaxing vibe. I faced a few issues with the elevator and water machine during my stay, which could definitely use some attention.
